Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov discussed issues
related to the development of international sports cooperation, support of the
Olympic movement in Kazakhstan, and the creation of conditions for the
development of professional and mass sports with the heads of international
sports organizations. The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the
Association of National Olympic Committees, the President and Vice President of
the National Olympic Committee of Qatar, the Director General of the Olympic
Council of Asia and World Aquatics. The parties discussed the preparation of
Kazakh athletes, the organization of joint training camps, and the
modernization of sports infrastructure.
