The Turkmenistan pavilion became one of the most visited at
the Expo in Japan, ranking third among all the exhibits. Visitors are
captivated by the unique design of the exhibition hall, which blends modern
architectural elements with national motifs, featuring representations of the
Karakum Desert, Turkmen carpets, and the Akhal-Teke horse. The pavilion
comprises three levels. The first offers a virtual tour of Turkmenistan, where
visitors can explore the country's history, traditions, and natural resources.
The second level highlights the nation’s achievements, while the third
showcases cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, including embroidery, museum
exhibits, and traditional cuisine.
«I was impressed by the abundance of cultural treasures and
the wide variety of products on display. It immediately made me realize how
diverse and dynamic the country’s economic life is. We were amazed to see how
much is produced in Turkmenistan! This visit to the pavilion was truly
informative, and I learned a lot,» said Rokuro Kamatari, a Japanese visitor to
the Expo.
«I was particularly impressed by the harmony of nature and
the city showcased in one of the exhibits. The family zone of Turkmenistan at
the EXPO became a true attraction, sparking genuine admiration and keen
interest among all visitors,» said Takahashi Tanaka, another Japanese visitor
to the Expo.
