During a phone conversation, President of Kazakhstan
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev discussed the
strong dynamics of bilateral trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian
cooperation. The Head of State highlighted the importance of holding Azerbaijan
Culture Days in Kazakhstan at the end of September for further rapprochement of
peoples. He also reaffirmed the country’s readiness to continue providing the
Almaty platform for negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia on concluding a
peace agreement.
