Kazakhstan will develop the Nationwide Plan to implement Kazakh President’s annual State-of-the-Nation Address. Askar Mamin announced this at a government meeting. According to him, the tasks and initiatives outlined by the Head of State are based primarily on the needs of society and the current challenges.
“The Head of State noted the importance of improving regional policy. Every region will implement specific projects aimed at modernizing the infrastructure, addressing urgent issues to improve the quality of life and income of the population, taking into account the specifics of particular regions. Each state body, each local executive body must immediately begin realizing the orders and initiatives of the Head of State. The Nationwide Plan will be developed to implement all directions of the President’s State-of-the-Nation Address,” Mamin said.
Also, Kazakh Prime Minister instructed the government agencies to submit their proposals on the Nationwide Plan to the Ministry of National Economy by September 3. In turn, the ministry must submit the draft to the Office of the Prime Minister by September 4. Askar Mamin stressed the need to consider the finished document at the next meeting. Upon approval by the government it will be sent to the President for approval.
