The mutual trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Russia
increased, reaching $28 billion last year. The countries are set to further
develop economic and investment cooperation. This was announced during a
meeting between the Kazakh Prime Minister and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister
and Chief of the Government Staff. During the discussion, Olzhas Bektenov and
Dmitry Grigorenko highlighted the significance of partnership in digitalization,
which will give an impetus to the development of innovations and support for IT
entrepreneurs. New opportunities for them will emerge with the opening of the
Alem.AI international center in Astana.
