Kazakhstan, Cuba discuss cooperation prospects

Kazakhstan and Cuba intend to expand cooperation in the fields of digitalization, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Opportunities for further strengthening business ties, as well as cultural and humanitarian cooperation, were discussed by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdés Mesa. The Head of State thanked the Cuban delegation for participating in EAEU events and noted the relevance of the forum’s agenda. He also outlined Kazakhstan’s efforts to introduce AI and digital solutions across key sectors of the economy and expressed readiness to share the country’s experience in developing e-government.
