President Kassym-Jomart
Tokayev arrived in Moscow on a state visit at the invitation of Vladimir Putin.
At Vnukovo Airport, the Moscow Garrison Honor Guard and a military band
welcomed the distinguished guest. He was received by Russian First Deputy Prime
Minister Denis Manturov and other officials. The national anthems of both
countries were performed.
