A Kazakh digital project has been recognized as the best at
one of the world’s most prestigious competitions. The «Situational-Analytical
Complex» was named the winner of the World Summit on the Information Society
(WSIS) Prizes 2025 in Geneva, an event organized under the auspices of the
United Nations. Developed by the Engineering and Technical Center of the
Department of Presidential Affairs of Kazakhstan, this innovative platform is
designed to support analysis, monitoring, and data management in the public
sector. The system enables real-time data collection, visualization, and
processing, allowing users to make strategic decisions and monitor key
performance indicators of government agencies. The complex tracks over 500
indicators across various areas of the country’s socio-economic development.
«The platform integrates all the country’s indicators,
enabling the leadership of the Presidential Administration and the Department
of Presidential Affairs to make strategic decisions. Since last year, we have
been exploring opportunities for international expansion and have started
collaborating with other countries, with plans to enter new markets. Three
systems developed by the Engineering and Technical Center are already set for
scaling, as outlined in presidential decrees, and we continue to advance this
work,» said Dauren Nuraliyev, Director of the Engineering and Technical Center,
Department of Presidential Affairs of Kazakhstan.
