A full-length animated film «Altyn Adam» is set for wide
release in Kazakhstan. According to the directors, audiences of all ages can
expect an exciting journey into the world of ancient Saka legends and myths.
The 2D animated film, created in the action and fantasy genres, follows a
courageous Saka warrior on a perilous journey to the summit of Khan Tengri in
search of the mysterious Fire of Life. The animation style captures the vibrant
atmosphere of antiquity, incorporating elements of ancient murals and
architecture from that era. The story was inspired by the discovery of the
Golden Man, a unique archaeological relic found in the Issyk burial mound.
«The younger generation is curious about who wore the armor
of the Golden Warrior, and we believe this animated film answers that question.
A person can be «golden» not only in appearance, but also in spirit. He is
brave, compassionate, and devoted to his land and people. That is the essence
of the Golden Man. Through this film, we aimed to convey this message to the
younger generation,» said filmmaker and screenwriter Turdybek Maidan.
«The full-length animated film «Altyn Adam» follows the
journey of a brave warrior who lived during the Saka period. He sets out on a
long and perilous journey with his friends, determined to protect his homeland
from evil. Their adventure leads them to the peak of Khan Tengri, where he is
presented with a golden arrow,» said filmmaker Tlek Toleugazy.
