The final stage of selection for
the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve is currently underway in Kazakhstan, the
Akorda press service reports. It is noteworthy that over 6,000 Kazakh citizens
participated in the competition, with 128 individuals competing for the top
spot. After several stages, the 100 best candidates have been identified. They
will now undergo interviews with members of the National Commission, and based
on the results, 50 participants will be selected for enrollment in the reserve.
It is worth noting that the Presidential Youth Staff Reserve is an initiative
by the Head of State aimed at attracting talented young people to the public
administration system.
“All our candidates have higher
education, and they have also studied abroad. Those candidates who have
successfully completed this stage are ready to make meaningful contributions to
public administration, working at both the regional and central levels,” said Darkhan
Zhazykbay, Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil
Service Affairs.
