Visa Fashion Week Almaty is once again taking place in
Kazakhstan, opening the new season under the theme «Seeing and Being Seen».
This year, the cultural event is being hosted for the first time at the city’s
exhibition venue Atakent Expo, allowing for an expanded format and larger-scale
fashion shows. The program features collections from 18 designers, as well as
runway presentations by the finalists of the Next Designer Award competition.
In addition to the runway shows, the schedule also includes public talks with
industry experts, workshops, and special events for guests. As in the previous
season, the project brings together fashion, art, and technology, creating a
platform for emerging names and creative experimentation.
