The Presidents of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, discussed foreign trade matters and the implementation of artificial intelligence development initiatives at a narrow-format meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. The meeting was chaired by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The Head of State emphasized the symbolic significance of the day, noting that it was on May 29, 12 years ago, that the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union was signed in the capital of Kazakhstan.
«Over the course of its
existence, the Union has become a key platform for cooperation and interaction
among the Eurasian «five». On this occasion, I
would like to congratulate all my colleagues on Eurasian Economic Union Day and
wish them success in the further development of our integration association for
the benefit of our countries and peoples,» Tokayev
said.
