State Counselor: Kazakhstan adopts separate plan for executing presidential instructions

Mechanisms for the effective implementation of the initiatives outlined by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the National Kurultai in the city of Atyrau have been developed, State Counselor Erlan Karin wrote on his Telegram account.

“A separate plan for executing the Head of State’s instructions has been adopted. The document contains 40 items covering a wide range of activities. It envisages the development and adoption of nearly 10 laws, including those aimed at tightening the responsibility for drug production, combating gambling addiction, and protecting historical sites, as well as laws on archaeological activities, onomastic work, state awards, and others,” said Karin.
