The new Constitution enshrines the development of human capital, education, and science as a strategic priority for Kazakhstan. The practical implementation of these provisions and their reflection in legislation became key topics of discussion among experts, scholars, and legal professionals at a seminar held at the Kazakh University of Technology and Business. Participants also addressed issues related to state policy in the fields of education and research, as well as prospects for improving the regulatory and legal framework.
«The Head of State
has repeatedly emphasized in his speeches and addresses that science must reach
a new level. In this regard, our task today is to support the younger
generation, particularly by engaging young researchers in the academic
environment. Our institute continues this work as part of a systematic effort
to discuss the provisions of the Constitution and develop new legal and
practical solutions,» noted Timur
Avenov, Director of the Department, Institute of Legislation and Legal
Information of Kazakhstan.
