Robotic surgical systems to be implemented in Kazakh hospitals

Innovations in medicine are constantly evolving. Modern robotic surgeons are set to begin operating in hospitals across Kazakhstan as early as next year. These surgical assistant systems enable highly complex procedures in various medical fields. Experts discussed these cutting-edge technologies at an international forum in Astana. According to healthcare professionals, the use of robots enhances the precision and efficiency of both diagnostic and treatment procedures. Furthermore, adopting these new technologies can significantly reduce the duration of surgeries.

«We received these technologies under contract, free of charge, enabling our doctors to familiarize themselves with the equipment and test it in practice. Starting next year, we hope that every hospital will be able to acquire these robots to support patient treatmentsaid Mynzhylky Berdikhodzhayev, Deputy Director for Surgery at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
