How can you spend time in Nur-Sultan? All the necessary information will be available from pointers with a QR code. They are located at all stationary posts of the tourist police - at the monuments ‘Baiterek’ and ‘Kazakh Yeli’, as well as on the territory of the ‘Park of Lovers’ and the EXPO exhibition center. Specially designed brochures-guidebooks published in Kazakh, Russian, English and Chinese languages will help tourists get acquainted with the capital. The city map, which contains a list of places worth visiting, is also included. According to the police, the innovation has already been positively evaluated by travelers.
“When you come to a tourist city, you want to see everything. In our city there are many interesting tourist places that are worth visiting. When you search for the information on the Internet, you should know what to search for. When you come for the first time, you don’t know what to see. Here it is good that everything is clearly collected in one place, with illustrations and text. I find it very convenient,” said a tourist Valeriya Voznesenskaya.
Every day the tourist police provides information to up to 30 people. Officers easily communicate with tourists, as they speak foreign languages. Mainly, tourists need help with navigation, how to get from one place to another, where to stay, where the main attractions are located, and many others.
