Kazakhstan is celebrating the nationwide Nauryznama Decade. For
10 days, from March 14 to 23, people across the country celebrate Nauryz. Each day
is dedicated to a specific theme and values, reflecting the richness and
diversity of Kazakh culture and society. The first day of the decade featured
the Amal holiday, a day of greetings, warm gatherings, and kind wishes. It was
followed by Charity Day on March 15 and Family Day on March 16, with large-scale
events held across all regions.

In Taldykorgan and districts of the Zhetisu region, the Tusau
Kesu ceremony was held on the day dedicated to family traditions. The event entered
Kazakhstan’s Book of Records due to the number of participants, as the ropes
were cut for 336 children at once. This ritual is considered a form of blessing
for a child, symbolizing the opening of a bright path to a happy future.
On March 17, Kazakhstan celebrates the Day of Culture and
