Kazakhstan is strengthening cooperation with Central Asian countries in the
field of digital public administration. A training seminar for 15 civil
servants from Tajikistan has kicked off in Astana. The seminar is organized by
the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development (KazAID) in partnership with
the Projects Implementation Center Fundamentals of Digitalization in
Tajikistan, with the support of National Information Technologies. Throughout
the week, participants will study Kazakhstan’s experience in digital
transformation, the development of e-government, the digitalization of public
services, information security, and the implementation of modern IT solutions.
The program also includes meetings with experts, visits to the capital’s
leading digital hubs, and an introduction to the country’s flagship projects.
According to the organizers, Kazakhstan continues to expand international
cooperation in digitalization and shares practical solutions that have already
proven effective in public administration.
«All the participants are civil servants representing
various government agencies and institutions of Tajikistan. They have come to
Astana, Kazakhstan, to learn from the country’s experience in digitalization.
As I mentioned earlier, in 2023 Kazakhstan transferred the eGov
software solution to Tajikistan, so this seminar is another step in our
cooperation on digitalization. It also demonstrates that our partner countries
recognize Kazakhstan's achievements in this field,» said Jandos
Asanov, Acting Chairman
of the Board, KazAID.
«We
are proud to share the expertise we have built over more than 25 years. During
this time, we have gained extensive experience in developing digital solutions
that not only support the work of our government but also deliver significant
socio-economic benefits to citizens who use some of the most advanced digital
services in Kazakhstan and beyond. That is why we are pleased to share our
expertise and want our neighbors and other countries to have easy access to
these technologies and the solutions we have developed,» said Dina Khera, Director of the Product
Promotion Department, National Information Technologies.
