Kazakhstan’s passport is the strongest in Central Asia,
according to the latest global ranking released by Henley & Partners, based
on data from the International Air Transport Association. The country ranks
62nd, with Kazakh passport holders enjoying visa-free or simplified access to
76 countries. In comparison, Kyrgyz citizens can enter 63 countries, Uzbekistan
allows access to 61, Tajikistan to 56, and Turkmenistan to 49. Singapore tops
the list, with its passport granting visa-free access to 193 countries. The
weakest passports are from Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq.
