Kazakhstan and Georgia are set to exchange expertise in digital solutions. Representatives of the two countries have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document provides not only for the exchange of expertise, but also for the development of e-government services, the integration of artificial intelligence into public systems, and the improvement of public service center operations. Notably, nearly 90% of public services in Kazakhstan are now available online. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 51 million digital services have been delivered to the public. The eGov platform currently offers over 220 electronic services.
«The
signing of the memorandum with our Georgian counterparts marks an important
step in advancing international cooperation in the field of public services.
Such partnerships are of practical importance to us, as they allow us to study
international best practices, exchange expertise, and identify approaches that
could help improve public services in Kazakhstan,» said Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of NJSC «State Corporation «Government for Citizens».
