Kazakhstan is solidifying its position as a leader in
artificial intelligence - not only in Central Asia, but also across the Turkic
world. This view was shared by Kai-Fu Lee, a renowned AI expert from Taiwan. He
praised Kazakhstan’s potential in digital technology development and
highlighted key areas where the country is already making significant and
effective progress - including the transition to intelligent agents, the
availability of domestic computing capacity, the open-source AlemLLM model, and
other advancements.
«This will make Kazakhstan the leader in the Central Asia
region and for Turkic AI, and can really help the neighbors build the future of
a potential Turkic model advancing the economy of the whole region,» Lee said.
