The Adilet Party discussed ways to reduce the gap between
urban and rural areas. At the strategic session «Strong Regions – A Strong
Country», experts addressed issues related to the development of rural areas, modernization of housing and
utilities infrastructure, environmental protection, energy, and attracting
investment. The party emphasized that the effectiveness of public policy should
be measured not only by economic indicators but also by changes in people’s
quality of life. According to the Ministry of National Economy, the
availability of facilities and services in populated areas has reached 68%. At the same time, differences in
infrastructure between urban and rural areas remain. Therefore, improving access to essential services
remains one of the key areas of regional policy. The proposals voiced during the strategic session are expected to be taken
into account in further refinement of the policy.
