Kazakh President holds phone call with Saudi Crown Prince

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a telephone conversation with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. The parties emphasized that the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East poses a serious threat to regional and global security and stability. They expressed regret that ongoing attacks on the territories of countries not involved in the conflict are taking place at a time when the Islamic Ummah, more than ever, should demonstrate mutual respect and patience. Tokayev expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by the Government of the Kingdom in evacuating Kazakh citizens back to their homeland.
