President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of
condolences to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the terrorist
attack in the city of Pahalgam in northern India. The Head of State strongly
condemned the brutal act of violence and wished a speedy recovery to all those
injured. According to reports, more than 20 people were killed in the attack.
