Kazakh President chairs Security Council meeting

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev chaired a regular meeting of the Security Council. He emphasized the importance of taking into account geopolitical factors, demographic forecasts, and population movement drivers in shaping migration policy. The Head of State also highlighted the need to strengthen control measures to prevent illegal migration and stressed the importance of developing human capital. Following the meeting, the government received specific instructions, including a review and analysis of the functions of state bodies and the enhancement of integration across all information systems involved in migration processes.
