Kazakh President chairs Security Council meeting

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev chaired a regular meeting of the country’s Security Council focused on enhancing the effectiveness of efforts to counter terrorism and extremism. The Head of State emphasized the significance of comprehensive approaches to identifying and preventing the precursors of extremist activities, as well as the spread of international terrorism. Following the meeting, President Tokayev gave specific instructions to government agencies.
