Career orientation tours to enterprises are being
conducted for schoolchildren in Kazakhstan. Experts believe that these tours
will assist the younger generation in choosing their future professions. Students
have the opportunity to explore the intricacies of various trades, including welding,
baking, engineering, and mechanics. For instance, in Kostanai, the students
visited an automobile plant, where they were shown the entire production
process, from welding to assembly. The schoolchildren were thrilled to see
firsthand how enterprises implement advanced technologies.
«Today, cars are built with computers inside,
and they require software. I would be interested in programming these
computers. I am really interested in how a vehicle is built from the inside and
how it operates. I will also need a car when I grow up, so I should understand
how it all works,» shared 9th grade student Yerassyl Altair.
