Head of Kazakh President’s Executive Office lays flowers at Bauyrzhan Momyshuly monument

Aibek Dadebayev, Head of the Kazakh President’s Executive Office, laid flowers at the monument to Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, paying tribute not only to the great son of the Kazakh people but also to all Kazakh soldiers who perished in the war. Momyshuly served within the 316th Rifle Division under the command of Major General Ivan Panfilov, later leading his own regiment and division. He received numerous accolades and was posthumously given the title of Hero of the Soviet Union in 1990.
