The development of small and medium-sized businesses remains one of the priority areas in the EAEU. The importance of this issue was also reaffirmed during integration association events held in Astana. Experts have proposed a range of projects and tools that help assess entrepreneurial potential and identify factors hindering its growth. A comprehensive digital ecosystem designed to detect and eliminate barriers, presented by Kyrgyz specialists, attracted particular interest among participants of the fifth Eurasian Economic Forum.
«This can be seen in our matrix, and through it we can
conduct empirical, more in-depth scientific research or adjust or refine
policies in business support. So, as I understand it, it was very well received
by the audience, as we have created a tool that clearly and simply demonstrates
how to support small and medium-sized businesses,» said Shumkarbek Adilbek uulu, Director of the National
Institute for Strategic Initiatives under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
