As part of efforts to enhance business cooperation, an agreement was reached to hold the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission and the first meeting of the Kazakh-Moldovan business council.

«Kazakhstan views Moldova as a reliable partner in Eastern Europe, interested in joint development of cooperation. A stable and constructive political dialogue has been established between our Presidents. In this context, we are interested in further strengthening mutually beneficial and long-term cooperation with Chisinau,» noted Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu.

«The opening of Kazakhstan’s diplomatic mission in Chisinau in 2020 and the inauguration of our embassy in Astana during the current official visit mark an important milestone in the institutionalization of strong relations between our two countries. We are committed to strengthening our ties in the long term, aiming to build solid and forward-looking bilateral relations for the benefit of the citizens of both nations,» said Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi.
