President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in the regular
meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. The event took place in the
Leningrad region near St. Petersburg. At the summit, the leaders of Kazakhstan,
Russia, Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Prime Minister of Armenia via
video link discussed the tasks and priority areas for further cooperation
within the EAEU. The parties also exchanged views on the practical aspects of
the union’s activities.
