Eight production facilities set to open in Kazakh capital by end of 2023

Eight production facilities, the majority of which will produce goods for the construction industry, are planned to be launched in Astana by the end of the year, according to the city mayor’s office. These include a plant for the production of fiber cement boards and aerated concrete blocks. Additionally, a concrete production plant will also kickstart operations. The project also includes the construction of indoor hangars for storing inert materials. Moreover, the launch of a production facility for both interior and exterior wall panels is anticipated. A plant for the production of reinforced concrete products, along with an elevator manufacturing plant, are also slated to commence operations. Furthermore, a project to manufacture and install windows and balcony enclosures will be implemented by year-end. It should be noted that the total investment volume in these production facilities will amount to nearly 12 billion tenge.
