Kazakhstan views North Macedonia as a reliable
partner on the Balkan Peninsula and is keen to develop comprehensive
partnership, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said during a meeting with President
of North Macedonia Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, who arrived in Kazakhstan on a
working visit. The two leaders identified agriculture, transport and logistics,
finance, and tourism as promising areas for cooperation. They also welcomed the
decision of a well-known Macedonian pharmaceutical company to open a
representative office in Almaty.
