Construction of around 600
houses, intended for residents whose homes were severely damaged by floods and
cannot be restored, has commenced in the Aktobe region. Additionally, repairs
to residential buildings are planned, as stated by the region’s Construction
Department. Regarding the purchase of ready-made houses, their cost should not
exceed 21.7 million tenge.
“We have started the construction
of houses for those affected by the floods. Approximately 10 contractors are
involved in the construction, with our company undertaking the building of
eight houses. The work is scheduled to be completed within two months,” Duman
Zhalgasbayev, director of a construction company, said.
“Currently, options for purchasing
199 apartments are being considered. Repairs are needed for 600 apartments.
Demolition of old houses has already begun in the Oiyl district of the Karatal
village. Additionally, mechanisms for purchasing houses in the Aiteke bi
district are being worked out. Currently, nine houses are ready,” said Yerzhan
Muzdybayev, Head of the Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning Department
of the Aktobe region.
