Russian film crew arrives at international space station to shoot first movie in orbit

The first-ever film crew to arrive at the International Space Station departed from Baikonur Cosmodrome. Cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov, actress Yulia Peresild, and film director Klim Shipenko arrived there on Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft. The duration of the flight was 3 hours and 27 minutes. The spacecraft arrived at the station on a super-high-speed scheme. The crew safely boarded the station. There they will shoot episodes of a film about a woman doctor who went into orbit to save the life of an astronaut. The actors will stay in space for 12 days. The film crew has been trained in a special center since May and is scheduled to return to Earth on October 17.
