The Astana International Forum (AIF) will kick off tomorrow
in the Kazakh capital, with artificial intelligence set to be one of the key
topics. The event will also feature discussions on the development of the
modern Alatau City and the use of financial technologies. The Kazakh Ministry
of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry will present the
prospects and potential of the Central Asian digital hub to forum participants.
«The main goal is to attract participants by demonstrating
that this is a priority for us in Kazakhstan — to share information and respond
to questions from interested parties, with the aim of potentially engaging them
directly. We need to show that we are keeping pace with the times. When we talk
about establishing a National Artificial Intelligence Center, it does not mean it
is solely for Kazakhstan. In fact, I believe Kazakhstan is positioning itself
as a technological leader among the Central Asian countries, which also has a
positive impact on the entire region,» noted Syrym Satanov, Head of the
Investment Department, Kazakh Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and
Aerospace Industry.
