Animation is currently developing rapidly in Uzbekistan. According to experts, the quality of work produced by local studios meets international standards, allowing them to compete with global counterparts. This progress is largely due to the success of studios producing high-quality 3D films. For many years, animation in the country’s film industry developed mainly in the format of short films and under limited conditions, but the situation is now changing significantly. The release of the full-length animated film Sehrlandiya is not only an achievement of the creative team, but also the result of a systematic approach to producing high-quality content for children and adolescents. The Center for the Development of Children’s Content plays a major role in this effort. Through fantastical adventures, the film’s storyline reflects the struggle between good and evil, conveying simple yet important life values to young audiences such as the importance of friendship and responsibility.
