The Akorda presidential palace hosted a
solemn ceremony to welcome the President of South Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, who
arrived in Kazakhstan on a state visit. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
and his South Korean counterpart introduced members of their official
delegations to each other. The Head of the Honor guard company gave a welcome
report to the leaders, and the national anthems of the two countries were played.
Following the ceremony, the heads of state held talks in a narrow format.
