Referendum turnout in Kazakhstan around 71% by 6 p.m.

According to the Central Referendum Commission, as of 6 p.m. Astana time, nearly 71% of Kazakh citizens on the voter list had cast their ballots. A total of 8,845,280 citizens received their ballots. Overall, more than 12 million citizens are eligible to vote at over 10,000 polling stations across the country.
