Stepnogorsk and Kokshetau has been carried out.
“I briefed the Head of State on
the development of the master plans for the cities of Kosshy and Kokshetau.
Special attention was given to agglomeration work. Specific instructions were
given, including tasks related to implementing projects for the deep processing
of agricultural products, attracting investments, and ensuring uninterrupted
heating supply for the cities in the Akmola region,” Akhmetzhanov said.
The Head of State discussed the
heating and water supply situation with the governors of the Atyrau, Karagandy,
Pavlodar, and Mangystau regions. He instructed the prompt restoration of
heating and water supply systems in emergency areas and the establishment of
uninterrupted operation of utility networks in all settlements. Additionally,
the government was briefed on oversights in preparing for the heating season.
The government leadership assured that the situation is under control, except
for breakdowns due to the wear and tear of the country's energy infrastructure.

personal responsibility on the government and the regional governors to address
the outlined tasks.
