Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with the Chairman of the Great State Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Dashzegve Amarbayasgalan, in Ulaanbaatar. The Head of State described the dialogue between legislative bodies as an important platform for advancing Kazakh-Mongolian relations and emphasized the significant role of parliamentary friendship groups in strengthening inter-parliamentary ties. For his part, the Chairman confirmed his readiness to work on further enhancing cooperation and expanding the legal framework. President Tokayev also held talks with the Prime Minister of Mongolia, Luvsannamsrai Oyun-Erdene, and noted that the governments of the two countries will need to join efforts for the qualitative implementation of the agreements reached during the high-level negotiations. In turn, the Prime Minister assured that the Government of Mongolia is ready to commence joint work. According to him, Ulaanbaatar is studying Kazakhstan's development experience.
