Kazakhstan implements digital ecosystem of public services

The Kazakh Finance Ministry has developed a new architecture for the digital ecosystem of public finance, which includes creating digital profiles for government agencies and entrepreneurs. Each project in the budget planning information system will now have a unique ID number, enabling its progress to be tracked from start to finish and controlling the use of budget funds.

«We are planning to implement price market research. To date, there are risks in planning and procurement due to the submission of various commercial proposals, as well as pricing and quality issues, and so on. There are numerous online stores and distributors that list their products and prices. We will analyze all this data so that we can consider and provide recommended prices for different products from planning to implementation. To support ID projects that will form the foundation of state planning, we have created a unified data repository», - said Kazakh Vice Minister of Finance Asset Turyssov.

Since June, the payment procedure for public services on the eGov.kz portal and e-Licensing has been simplified. This will allow users to fill in only the necessary details, which simplifies the payment process. Notably, the Finance Ministry offers 48 public services, 44 of which are available online. In the first six months of this year, 11.5 million public services were provided. The eGov mobile application offers 22 public services in the tax and customs areas, as well as auditing activities.
