Today, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the people of Kazakhstan, calling on
all citizens to participate in the cleanliness and order relay. The President
noted that a large-scale environmental campaign has begun in Kazakhstan. It is
part of «Tazaru Kuni»,
a special day within the Nauryznama Decade celebrations, and marks a new phase
in the nationwide «Taza Kazakhstan» project. The President also highlighted the
launch of the «Moldir Bulak» initiative, under which citizens will clean
natural springs, riverbanks, and other water bodies. He emphasized that the new
People’s Constitution, adopted during the Nauryz celebrations, enshrines
careful stewardship of nature as one of its fundamental principles. The new
Basic Law will serve as the foundation for social consolidation, a moral and
legal guide, and a steadfast pillar of independence. Today, an increasing
number of Kazakh citizens are choosing an eco-friendly lifestyle and rational
resource use, which, according to the Head of State, is key to a bright future.
