The inflow of foreign direct investment into the economy of Kazakhstan should reach around US$25 billion annually. This is stated in the Concept of the country's investment policy until 2026. Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov instructed the Kazakh Invest national company to attract large corporations to the country. He noted that it is necessary to carry out proactive work with foreign investors using all available tools. The Government has created all the conditions for this. In turn, the company reported that they managed to achieve almost all the indicators last year, adding that 45 investment projects worth more than US$6 billion will be implemented with their support in 2022.
