OPEC+ countries have extended their voluntary oil production cuts, with the restriction set to remain in place until the end of December. Eight countries, including Kazakhstan, plan to adhere to the agreement, which involves reducing oil production by more than two million barrels per day since the start of the year. In October, the countries had planned to lift the restrictions, but following an online meeting in September, they decided not to increase oil production. Meanwhile, global oil prices have significantly decreased this autumn. According to the World Bank's forecast, they are expected to fall to a five-year low amid market oversupply in 2025.
