Kazakh products are becoming increasingly popular with Chinese consumers. A variety of domestic production assortments was presented at the China International Import Expo. Kazakhstan, being a major country in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, has been presenting its products at this international event for the fourth consecutive year.
“The Chinese people are very fond of fresh products of high quality. And our products are meeting these criteria. Lately, camel milk has been in great demand in China. We have two companies that produce it,” said Alibek Smailov, Head, National stand of Kazakhstan.
Since the beginning of this year, domestic producers have supplied 220,000 cans of camel milk powder to China.
“We make our products from 100 percent natural camel milk. Some hospitals in Kazakhstan give it to patients so that they can get their strength up faster. After all, camel milk is very healthy, it contains a lot of amino acids, minerals and vitamins. Chinese investors assessed the effectiveness of camel milk and realized that the prospects for the industry were very good, so we invested in Kazakhstan,” said Shi Lida, company representative.
This year, 26 enterprises from Kazakhstan took part in the exhibition.
