Manuscripts in Arabic, Persian, and Chagatai languages unveiled in Astana

The Kyzylorda Regional Museum of Local History presented the exhibition entitled ‘Gasyrlar Rukhaniyati’ (‘Centuries-old Spiritual Heritage’) in Astana, showcasing 30 rare folios and 50 manuscripts in Arabic, Persian, and Chagatai languages spanning from the 18th to the 20th centuries. It also featured rare written monuments, seals of historical figures, and musical instruments used by famous akyns and aitys performers of the region. Visitors call such events inspiring as they provide an opportunity to delve deeper into the written heritage of ancestors and historical relics - the sacred heritage of the country.
