The agreement on mutual visa
exemption between Kazakhstan and China will come into force on November 10, as
reported by the Kazakh Foreign Ministry. The document grants people visa-free
access for up to 30 calendar days from crossing the border, with a cumulative
total of 90 calendar days within six months. The same rules apply to residents
of China. Citizens of both countries are exempt from visa requirements for business
and tourism purposes, medical treatment, international travel, and transit.
According to experts, the new regime will increase tourist flows.
