A collection of the scientific works of renowned scientist
Kanysh Satpayev was presented in Astana to mark the 125th anniversary of his
birth. This 10-volume set includes monographs, scientific articles, geological
exploration reports, maps, and various scientific and technical projects. The
authors have systematized Satpayev’s extensive body of work, making it
accessible to students, educators, geologists, and economists. The publication
has a circulation of 10,000 copies, which have been distributed to scientific
institutions, universities, and libraries across the country. A digital version
will also be available.
«Kanysh Satpayev’s works cover both the musical sphere and
the field of medicine. Many of them had not been published previously and are
now being released. In addition, this 10-volume collection includes the
academician’s speeches delivered at national, international, and all-Union
meetings and conferences,» noted Kuanysh Sultanov, a member of the Council of
Senators under Senate of the Kazakh Parliament.
«A great number of scholars contributed to this work. The
previous editions were revised, and by the 125th anniversary of Kanysh
Satpayev, this tremendous effort was completed. Today, we are proud to present
it to all of Kazakhstan,» said Bakytzhan Amralinova, Director of the Project
Management Institute at the Satbayev University.
