Kazakhstan has exported over $5 billion worth of
agricultural products over the past five years, including wheat, meslin,
barley, beef, mutton, frozen fish, flour, sunflower oil, and cotton fiber. Key
markets include Central Asia, the EAEU, Iran, Turkiye, China, and the EU. Last
year, grain exports surpassed eight million tons, and between September 2024
and March 2025, more than six million tons of the new harvest was shipped to
Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, China, Afghanistan, Iran,
Azerbaijan, and European countries. The export of processed goods has also
grown, reaching around $3 billion.
